We couldn’t have done our move without Elaine and her excellent team. She helped in the preplanning so that we had a general idea on timing and move strategy. We were relocating in two stages. From our home in NJ to temporarily stay in our vacation home allowing our broker to sell the house without us impacting her and vice versa. Migrate our household items to a new apartment, our vacation home, and a new storage unit. She then helped fill gaps in our resources, in disposing of unwanted items, patching walls per broker’s request and doing a complete professional cleanup of the house. The result was impressive. We met our move budget, we moved on time with minimal stress and disruption. I’m hoping not to move for at least a few years but if I do my first call will be to Elaine.

Elaine is amazing!! She saved my life during a recent move. My plans changed very last minute. I was moving from an apartment into my first house and I haven’t even began to pack, with 2 days to move, I called Elaine/Organized Transitions in an absolute panic and boy did she come to my rescue! Everything was so neatly packed and labeled. It was the bast decision I ever made, because unpacking was actually enjoyable and took me 1/4 of the time then it would have if I packed myself. She kept everything neat and you can tell she really took care of all my things. As an empty nester, downsizing can be difficult. One of dilemmas was to figure out where I was going to place all my precious photos albums in my new , smaller, home. Elaine was highly recommended to me by a friend who is also a professional organizer. She was so helpful in consolidating my photos albums, over 20 in total, since high school! With many photos and pages notwithstanding the years, it was a great way to preserve my photo memories and consolidate them into smaller storage space. All my photos are now on an external hard drive , and Elaine carefully placed all the photos that were stuck in albums into a legacy box for storage and preservation. Tedious work, but Elaine doesn’t mind. In fact she enjoyed seeing my life unfold in photos and was a little sad when the project came to a close. She is trustworthy, meticulous, and professional and I highly recommend her for organizing your life’s memories and papers!
